Valentine’s Day Dinner Menu:

Stuffed Crab Portabella: Large Portabella Mushroom stuffed with Imperial lump crab, topped with diced tomatoes, onions, white cheddar cheese and a pink Moscato sauce; roasted to perfection.

Salad: Mixed greens, arugula spring mix, candied walnuts, cherry tomatoes, sliced cucumber and avocado; drizzled with a honey lime dressing

Entree: Surf & Turf Ribeye seasoned to perfection and topped with baby scallops, lump crab and a Zinfandel cream sauce. Served with fingerling roasted potatoes and sautéed brussels.

Dessert: Mousse Creme Carmel Duo Topped with Whipped Cream
